We created this studio after recognising the need for a calm, welcoming space where women could feel comfortable, supported, and confident while focusing on their wellbeing. Our classes are designed to help you move with intention, build strength, and reconnect—with expert guidance in a relaxed, beautiful environment.
Alongside our studio, members can unwind in our café—whether it’s a post-class smoothie packed with goodness or one of our seasonal matcha specials, there’s something to suit every mood.

No experience is necessary! We offer beginner-friendly classes and our instructors will guide you through each movement. Whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years, our sessions are designed to be inclusive and supportive.

Yes, many people find relief through Pilates because it strengthens the core and improves alignment. However, please consult your doctor first and let your instructor know about any injuries so they can tailor movements to your needs.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid zippers or anything bulky. Bring a water bottle, and if you have your own mat, feel free to bring it—though we provide all necessary equipment in-studio.
